The group’s official web site states that "In 1931, [Henry Clifford Kinley] received a panoramic vision and revelation from Yahweh (the correct divine name of God—the words LORD and God being substituted titles). Yahweh revealed to Dr. Kinley that the physical universe is on the brink of inevitable cataclysm, but that a way of safety is provided for those who will accept it. Yahweh instructed Dr. Kinley to reveal to all who would listen how they can obtain peace and avoid eternal suffering." It adds: "The most irrefutable proof that Yahweh has chosen to work through Dr. Kinley is in this teaching, which encompasses the Key of Knowledge, and opens the door to ALL understanding!"


IDMR is classified as a "Sacred Name" movement. An affiliate web site claims: "This is a school, not a church nor are we affiliated with any religious organizations. At this school, we teach by the true and correct name of our Heavenly Father YAHWEH, ELOHIM, and YAHSHUA the messiah. You will find that there is no J in the Hebrew language to this day and there was not a J in any language prior the middle ages. For further explanation of the Name, please refer to the preface of the Holy Name Bible and any good encyclopedia or dictionary."
